upper/lower split - upper takes up too much time

for those who have things to do and can't spend >1 hour at the gym, how do i quickmaxx my upper days? lower is chill in and out in ~45 min but upper genuinely takes forever (around 1hr 30min). im doing 2 sets to/around failure, so its not like the sets are even that long. is this a sign to switch to anterior/posterior split or just ball out?
 
Just do PPL if you want to keep it under an hour. I currently do PPL 6 days a week and my sessions last a little under an hour. If you're new to the gym I don't recommend 6 days a week, even 3 will be enough if you're super green.
