for those who have things to do and can't spend >1 hour at the gym, how do i quickmaxx my upper days? lower is chill in and out in ~45 min but upper genuinely takes forever (around 1hr 30min). im doing 2 sets to/around failure, so its not like the sets are even that long. is this a sign to switch to anterior/posterior split or just ball out?
