Someone send me a full upper lower split for a 4 day week. Please
 
!reprange always 5-7 always 1 or 2 warmup sets ans 3-4 minutes rest!

upper day
machine chest press 2 sets
triceps overhead extension 2 sets
cable lateral raises 2 sets
lat pulldown 2 sets
beysian cable curls 2 sets
butterfly 2 sets
upright row 2 sets
lower day
lying hamstring curls 2 sets
hack squat 2 sets
quad extensions 2 sets
hamstring curls 2 sets
standing calf raises 2 sets
and a glute exercise if you want to
