already looked into fat grafting for the infras and supraorbitals..

Fat grafting for paranasals, and lastly silicone for the zygomatic projection I lack..



I know Chico lachowski also has a poor maxilla so it’s not completely over after I work on some other areas of my face

dont take it personally but I dont think its possible for you to reach htn, you can reach mtn or hmtn (well above average btw) with tons of surgery
