Hard to say but no matter age you should still have a good tongue posture (mew).
If you are under 18, give it a shot and maybe you'll see some improvements in a couple of years. Puberty will of course also play a role.

The problem with mewing is the fact that you have to HARD mew almost all the time for it to work. Been mewing for almost 5.5 years after the age of 17 and i guarantee it works, just slowly and only in periods where you mew to the point where it hurts.
