Upper maxillary projection

Is there no surgery for upper maxilla projection besides lefort ll/lll? This sounds wrong. I have flat zygos and hollow under eyes as well as a longer midface, I thought that a bimax would fix this but apparently not?

Replicating a natural upper maxillary projection is not possible without implants,

Some projection can be produced with an lf1+open rhino or implants however this won't improve your infras or zygos, this will only help with nasal aperture projection.
