I recently bought custom mouthguard for my bruxism. They come with bite plates to get a mold of it. It comes in small medium and large.
My upper palate only fits in large, so I know my upper palate is big. My lower only fits in small, meaning its comparatively small.
This made me realize the cause of my downturn lips. My lower palate is smaller so my lips dont have the bottom support.
What can I do about that.
