Upper/Lower splits work. This is an Upper/Lower split with the 2 days that have an off day in-between changed to Push/Pull.

push pull twice and legs once per week and one day of HIIT works the best for me

It’d give more gains if it has more volume, but I decided to make a workout routine that I can actually stick to.

The program I was previously following has 6 training days per week and more volume than the new one has. I struggled to get to the gym and ended up skipping the majority of the workouts.

I made this new program with lower frequency and lower volume in order to make it easier to follow consistently.
