2x Incline Smith Machine Press
2x Shoulder Press
1-2x Tricep Dip
1-2x Lateral Cable Raise
1x Chest Supported Reverse Fly
1x Lat Pulldown
1-2x Weighted Pullup
1x Chest Supported Incline Row
1x DB pullover
1x Tricep Extension Machine
1x Chest Press Machine
1x Bicep Curl
1x Hammer Curl
1x Preacher Curl Both Arms

Seems like too much volume, the frequency is high but I'll fix that any other tips or nah bhais?:Comfy:

why would u do a preacher curl and a bicep curl? ur pretty much doing the same shit nigga

and with the lat pulldown/pullup choose ONE.

and for what reason are u doing the pullover? especially with a dumbbell?

if i were to do it at least use the nautilus machine

also get rid of either tricep dip or extension

i would do extensions personally but i dont isolate them anyways

ur already doing 3 pressing movements, no need for all that volume
