Mostly if you have a negative hooding/slight negative tilt.

Due to tretinoin/castor oil my eyebrows grow a lot but they look like a less and very close to my eyes.
Do someone knows a tutorial to get upturned eyebrows, with a pen or something like that?

It depends of how highset it is. I guess that you can use a pen to make it lower but some skill is needed. Otherwise it won't look natural

my brother has this, I see it a lot with attractive eye areas. I think its attractive because it allows you to have both a dimorphic eye area but also an increase distance between the eye and the eyebrow which is more feminine. So its female gaze+dark triad (high T)
