I think it depends on everybody and how well a type of nose harmonizes their face. But upturnt noses are never good

This is my fear which is why i still haven't jumped on the rhinoplasty bandwagon

majority of the time the surgeons that do a good rhino job usually work with a good nose foundation
if you have a hook nose with overposed nostrils then expect death type results. It simply isn't possible to trust non top tier USA doctors to do your nose correctly.
