I had my skin severely damaged by sun damage and then Tretinoin, I never had any skin conditions but my moisture barrier was gone and my skin was dehydrated and very ugly, with just a few applications of 10% urea it was gone fully saved. I was even shocked by the results.

Some skincare brands like Eucerin and CeraVe have products with 10-15% urea. Your skin has urea naturally and if it depletes, you have leathery, papery skin that looks old and ugly (and is very hard to moisturize without extreme measures like sauna or steaming to open the pores first, because it's so thick).

People associate it with pee, but it's a clean chemical compound which is used in countless cosmetics.

I've never tried such a product though, I find tretinoin and a basic moisturizer works just fine, unless you really do have some kind of a urea deficiency in your skin.
