MAIN CONCENRN:
- HOW TF DO I LOWER INHIB?

What I have:
- Caffeine powder
- Ashwhaganda

caffeine wont last long enough, if i crash its over, and ashwhaganda wont take effect fast enough.

for actual low inhib i need to dose caffeine at 800mg+ if i mess up dosing it will backfire.
