Start with accutane and likely dental decomp followed by lower jaw surgery and genioplasty is the most obvious start. Probs more surgeries you can do. You may not get too far but this will definetly improve you and can't know until you try

You don't have any deformities you're just very slightly a birdce. Are you willing to pay 10k$ + spend weeks recovering just to look 0.25-0.75 points higher?
