I am not personally someone who would travel halfway across the world or move places based on my ability to get laid with the women there.. The only reason I will ever move places it to moneymaxx and for career growth. I know it sounds pretentious and all but imo your personal growth comes before any women so if he is moving to Netherlands for say some research. Netherlands leads the research in certain sectors then it is completely valid.
