Urgent help with Acne breakout

My acne cleared up until I started NoPoo. I stopped using shampoo because my hair gets dry and frizzy to the point where it looks like the stereotype tranny hair. But I think the oil from my hair is causing issues now.
Anyway now I have spots on my forehead. I’ve been using a micellar cleanser but need a quick fix plz

There are many options,
If you don't usually get much acne I would recommend using a salyscic acid serum
with a benzoyl peroxide face wash, if you have acne that if getting worse and worse ask your dermatologist for tretinoin, it takes time to work but is very effective and also helps with acne scarring

not sure of your hair type but put your hair in a bonnet while you sleep to stop it rubbing against your forehead/skin.
