My posture is so bad i look either like a femboy or a turtle please help me
 
Just sit straight on your chair and sleep on your back

Do you have a type of scoliosis because other than that it is not difficult to stand up straight?

I think i may have...not diagnosed tho
 
Facepulls, chin tucks and just forcing yourself to be in a good position
