After many many long days of debate , I had enough boyos. Officially a Fincel. Just took 0.5mg for the first time in my life

Question for Hair pros, How do I immediately stop shedding and noticiable diffuse thinning? I know fin takes months to actually start to kick in

Do I buy minox? RU? How do I use them?

note: My hairline isnt receding aggressively at all and not bald spots. however im seeing very noticeable diffuse thinning

1)Anti-fungal shampoos. Nizoral or Philip kingsley.

In a study with 150 men who suffer from hereditary hair loss and dandruff, Ketoconazole and Piroctone Olamine were compared*. Excessive secretion of sebum, dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis are often linked with hair loss and hereditary hair loss. The 150 men received a shampoo with 1% Ketoconazole or 1% Piroctone Olamine. They had to use this shampoo 2 to 3 times per week for a duration of six months.

All treatments showed a reduction in itching and dandruff after 2 to 6 weeks. If we take a look at the effect of the treatments on various hair growth parameters, we see the following figures (in percentages):

The severity of hair loss decreases (Ketoconazole: -17.3%, Piroctone Olamine: -16.5%)
The percentage of hairs in the growth phase increases (Ketoconazole 4.9%, Piroctone Olamine: 7.9%)
The effect on the hair diameter is increased by 5.4% with Ketoconazole and by 7.7% with Piroctone Olamine.
Thus, the study shows that Piroctone Olamine scores better in a number of areas in comparison to Ketoconazole**:
Compared to Ketoconazole, Piroctone Olamine ensures an increase in the number of hairs in the growth phase (anagen phase) by more than 10% in 33% of people.
Piroctone Olamine gives 88% of the people thicker hair, despite hereditary hair loss, whereby this is 78% with Ketoconazole.
If we take a look at how many people experience a significant increase (more than 10%) of the hair diameter, this is 28% with Ketoconazole and as much as 34% with Piroctone Olamine (10% larger diameter means that the hair became 20% heavier).

2)
Aspirin 81mg, to stop PGD2 conversion. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3319975/

3)Avoiding polyunsaturated (nuts, legumes, fatty fish) because they feed scalp fungus and cause inflammation (aspirin, vitamin e both reduce the damage).

4)Reducing endotoxins, avoid anything that slows digestions, causes gas, bloating - gluten, commercial dairy, processed food, starches etc.

Eat raw carrots with coconut oil (carrots are anti-estrogenic, coconut oil anti-fungal etc), bamboo shoots, white button mushrooms and cascara Sagrada. All of these will help with reducing gut endotoxins.

5)Scalp massages to break down fribrosis, calcification and biofilm. (Apple cider vinegar, topical magnesium oil, oral Serrapeptase, will help as well).

6)Topical T3, can reverse hair thinning due to thyroid issue. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11525263/

"Topical triiodothyronine stimulates epidermal proliferation, dermal thickening, and hair growth."

took your advice and got a very comprehensive lab test requisition.

Test is getting done in exactly one month (labs super busy)
It will include:

Total T
Free T
DHT
SHBG
LH
FSH
Estrogen
Dhea
Vitamin d25
Prolactin
+ a few more

QUESTION:

What should i be looking out for the most in the results?
Also the Fin will already be in my system (1 month in) Unfortunately couldn't get bloods done sooner. How will this affect the result? How significant will it be?

It doesn’t need to bleed maybe just couple of blood spots but mostly redness

odd about hte piroctone olamine vs the ketoconazole.

it says severity decreased more on keto but piroctone olamine grew more hairs??
i don't really understand what that is supposed to mean. Wouldn't piroctone olamine have more hairs if it grew more?????

also aspirin would suppress the hair growth prostaglandins too wouldn't it?? Not to mention the risk of internal bleeding or the stomach lining problems that can occur from aspirin

another thing

you suggested raw carrots because they are anti estrogenic - why?

you don't want to have high E sure

but doesn't E help with hair? wouldn't you want to target DHT or Test in the dermal papilla cells?

unless you mean to help reduce fin sides in which case rlly good idea

this
if anything high e is good because it means less T being converted into dht

Nizoral 2 - 3 times a week. (Only use one bottle, than switch to other shampoo that contains Piroctone Olamine such as Philip Kingsley's shampoo).

Avoid fish oil supplements.

In declaring EPA and DHA to be safe, the FDA neglected to evaluate their antithyroid, immunosuppressive, lipid peroxidative (Song et al., 2000), light sensitizing, and antimitochondrial effects, their depression of glucose oxidation (Delarue et al., 2003), and their contribution to metastatic cancer (Klieveri, et al., 2000), lipofuscinosis and liver damage, among other problems.

Cope. There's millions of beggars throughtout the world that only consume cheap booze and bread and still have full heads of hair.
Hairloss is caused by trash genetics, period. fin or death.
