Get coinbase and then transfer it to a chrome extension named MetaMask. Unfortunately coinbase will take a few days to verify you. Also use PayPal when you’re buying it off coinbase. To get it quickly you may need to resort to some sketchy marketplaces but try moonpay as a start and then transfer the eth into MetaMask and then put it into whatever you want to buy
