It's in some lights more noticeable than others, but once I turned 11 I got this bump. I think back then I scratched it open once because I wanted to get rid of it but it never did anything (or maybe it made it better/worse?). Anyway I gave up and forgot about it since then. But I'd like to remove it now. How do I do this?

The bump has been there almost a decade. It doesn't hurt, doesn't feel different inside my nostril, and it doesn't change at all. Is it air? Some other lump?

Should I just cut it open with a knife or my nails? Empty it by sticking a syringe inside and pulling it back? Go to the doctor to have him remove it?

(urgent in title cause new school start soon, first impression with looks)

Its a ball of grease. Go to some skin doctor, ask for any advise and he'll probably send you to some specialist that will remove it by cutting it or will use some kind of laser therapy.

The symptoms don't match so are you sure?
- Doesn't move if I prod with my finger
- Doesn't grow
- Atypical area for it

get it removed with laser , it's like a mole without pigment in it

Ok then I'm considering cutting it open myself or having a doctor do it
Thanks anyway bro
Don't damage it or it'll be red and foids will be able to spot it from the distance

Rather have it worse a couple of weeks and then permanently gone than have this permanently there you know?

Considering this, idk if it is a mole
