URGENT! Need help with palate expansion

Hello,
Tomorrow I have an appointment with a new orthodontist to look at my palate to see if they can expand it if they consider it necessary.

I went to an orthodontist earlier this year and got denied because she said my palate was normal.

How can I maximise my chances of getting my expansion accepted? What reasons are the best to list.
I will attach pictures of my upper and lower palate, as well as my bite.

Also another question, if the upper palate expands horizontally how will the lower palate adapt? Will there be issues, and how could I go about this whole thing the best way?
Before you say marpe/mse is functional only, I do mouth breathe in my sleep even with light tape over my lips. I’ve also been told that I snore.
Please let me know what you would do to get this palate expansion going!

My palate is narrow, not fine. And I my midface is sunken in from the side because of it
