URGENT whitening strips

there are nearly no hydrogen peroxide strips in my country so I ordered some crest 3d strips from the US but I got scammed and it's only 5 days worth of treatment if I leave them on for longer than 30 minutes say 45 minutes can I compensate for getting scammed or will I just ruin my teeth? is it worth the risk? I'm broke
also urgent cuz I have strips on my teeth rn
