I’m looking for good shoe lifts/insoles around this size. I’m already 6’6” but want to be 6’7 or 6’8.

There definitely is, 6’6 doesn’t hit nearly as hard as 6’8”, I’d be mogging left and right. That plus some shoulder padding and it’s game over.
