USA Obesity rates are concerning

I just found out the average body fat in the USA is
28 percent for men (+3% obese)
40 percent for woman (+8% obese)
meaning the average man and woman is obese

moral of the story if u wanna live a good life and slay move to the USA, if the average man is obese being lean automatically puts you above average and better looking than 50 percent of men

it's really sad to see these numbers ive been fortunate to visit the USA myself it is a wonderful place but these numbers are really outrageous, girls there are probably used to seeing obese men so they see a guy whose lean as above average meaning their attracted to them, I theorise this is why USA lobbies are often called "easy mode"

No its not, all throughout college, I literally witnessed guys my own age in their early 20s have gyno, no visible abs, and skinnyfat bodies.


The average woman is like 172lbs at 5'3.

Even your average gymrat in a POST COVID Gym Obsessed era, still looks like shit with no visible abs and gyno tits, at least the white guys
