Nearly nothing ever good ever came out of these "regime changes." Esp. for the nation doing the "regime change." At least the country being invaded did get new schools and hospitals in some cases. Look at what happened when Bush, Biden or Obama tried it in the middle east. Look at what happened when B. Johnson tried something similar in Vietnam.
