i tried 6 % on 1st time and got minimal result so imagine how 3 % work just wasting money

what i did

2 tps baking soda

1 tps 6 % h2o2

mixed then used Vaseline as a barrier -- you don't need ig in this 6 % still be safe cause i got slight irritation tho

thats all applied waited 2 min and brushed

did 2 times

got minimal result

no pic cause my tooth is crooked a bit

will try this for week 3 to 4 times in a week

after a week if it didn't work iam time using pneumo's technique
