Before you make a thread, just send it to an Ai. Argue with the Ai till you are sure everything you wrote is correct.
Saw a thread about bonesmashing, just asked 2 different Ai's to spot many many mistakes.
There are many people liking the thread and thanking OP for it too.

Do not bonesmash, you will look deformed or asymmetric.

Please do not misinform people, and please dont give them false hopes.

Alright, bro, if ever put in some time to make a water thread. I'll make sure to do this instead of just spewing nonsense and sticking with it!

It took me 10 seconds to debunk a thread that probably took hours to write

what mistakes?
  • 1. Conflating Bone Density with Outward Shape Change
  • 2. The "Petri Dish" Fallacy (Soft-Tissue Dampening)
  • 3. Misinterpreting Piezo1 and Mechanotransduction
  • 4. The Suture Patency & Estrogen Fallacy
  • 5. Over-claiming the Efficacy of the "Natural Stack"
  • 6. Complete Blindness to Soft-Tissue Damage (Fat Necrosis)
  • 7. Arbitrary Application of the 3-Minute Limit
  • 8. Misinterpreting the Bone Remodeling Timeline

I can send explanations for any of them. You can also use Ai to argue, would be easier instead of me writing them here everytime.

Idk
Using AI as source of info for huge topics is not the best idea

I'd say you have a point if it was 2023, even 2024 or 2025
Ai advances real fast and it makes less and less mistakes.
I sent the threads to 2 different AI's and both found the same mistakes.
Also, you can argue with the Ai if you are unsure of something. It can explain stuff very well.

Yeah, it works well sometimes.
I like talking to it.
But when it comes to looksmaxxing related topics, or even things like peptides, it often avoids giving a direct answer. It also sometimes summarizes information in strange ways or pulls it from questionable websites.
But it also depends what AI you are using

I use gemini daily and it never gave me a wrong answer tbh.
Also, it probably doesn't give a direct answer because what if people take it as medical advice. Many peptides arent FDA approved too.

I don't think these are that complicated topics. Ai scanned the sources OP sent, scanned the texts and checked if there was correlation.

True
I like gemini because you can set a mode where it doesn't just agree, but actually pushes back and challenges your arguments
Because of that, I learn more during discussions

Thank you, i never understood why people kept discussing about it.
The fact that people actually believe bonesmashing makes bones grow makes me loose even more faith in humanity :feelswhy:

Also, even in political topics gemini can present arguments from both the right and the left perspectives.

Gpt doesn't really do that

The thing I dislike the most is that after a long conversation it stops remembering details

it works, but it's pretty impractical, and it doesn't actually increase bone mass
