Elvanse (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate) is a prescription ADHD medication that when taken slowly releases active amphetamine into your bloodstream increasing dopamine and norepinephrine.
In my opinion elvanse mogs adderal for genuine productivity as its basically the same drugs however elvanse is more gradual and longer lasting allowing for smoother and more directed focus throughout the day. Also there is much less risk of addiction or dependency due to the slower build-up and more subtle effects.
In my experience, I've used it multiple times for studying and it allows me to sit still and be properly locked in for hours during the peak. with adderal ive accidently locked onto random unimportant things and not realised, where as on elvanse Ive never had that.
it lasts 10-14 hours so make sure to take it in the morning to not effect sleep and also eat before hand as it suppresses appetite. An effective dose would be 30-50mg.
