Also turn off all the lights once its night time and close the curtains. You will sleep much better. Also drink some green tea before bed. I am not 100% sure if it is bad for rem sleep as some supplements mess with rem sleep up and make you sleep deprived despite getting enough sleep but green tea doesn't seem to do this to me. Just take anything that doesn't adrenaline you. I am curious to see if this will work for anyone else willing to try it.
