(≈16 inch at around 15 now I'm newly 18 and my frame is just slightly above 20 inch's) I think i have good back genetics that push my shoulders up and out while also having good shoulders and i just did lateral raises, t bar rows, lat pulldowns and cable rows 1.5 years in the gym and 5'10 (black shirt photo was around 3 months ago at 19 inch's) do you think i can get to 21 inch's by the end of this year or have a reached some sort of limit ?
