Used to have a small frame now my frame is relatively big (5'10 69kg)

(≈16 inch at around 15 now I'm newly 18 and my frame is just slightly above 20 inch's) I think i have good back genetics that push my shoulders up and out while also having good shoulders and i just did lateral raises, t bar rows, lat pulldowns and cable rows 1.5 years in the gym and 5'10 (black shirt photo was around 3 months ago at 19 inch's) do you think i can get to 21 inch's by the end of this year or have a reached some sort of limit ?

damn dude! do you think pullups gonna work? like to grow them, just like u did with lat pull downs?
 
Nice frame, your claviles grow until 25 so you can defo get to 21 inches if you locked in and go through a growth spurt, but you will have to train really hard because 1 inch of bideltoid is alot more than it sounds, but I think you will get there bro(y)

errrm not 100% sure i mean you would probably need to add extra weight after a point im lifting more then my bw on lat pulldown and i think doing pull ups for me now would just cause less growth or slow my growth down to learn a new movement pattern and i use this for lat pulldown on the end grip because it just gives me better leverage and i only go down to around my chin because lats become weaker for me after that point and it starts to become more of a row

i really want to push to get into the extreme category which is 22 inchs for my height but it will be fucking hard

basically only do lat pulldowns for lats do them for x2 failure maybe 1 rir of a heavy weight with the picture of that grip i showed you and you should be fine for lats

idk though doesn't most bideltoid length from the gym occur in the first 2 years then after that its a lot harder to gain 1 inch or more

Maybe go up to 75 kg if u stay lean
