Useless surgery

I swear I just got my money stolen because I've had a septoplasty done and I barely see any results, there's no fucking way they performed surgery on me because my nose is still deviated and the only thing I think that has changed was that I can breathe slightly better but I might even be coping with that, I don't even know if a revision septoplasty is worth it or any surgery for that matter because I doubt I'll see any improvements at all with my chopped base
