You don’t have to run no shampoo but deep conditioning works u prolly have dry scalp

Dandruff = too thick blood for too long and you scalp dehydrated
if i remember correctly you use something for gym and this things make blood thicker
use raw eggs + sunflower oil mask on head for 1-2 hours then wash it with tar soap
tar soap also relaxes the place where it is applied, causing these places to become more hydrated

Use 1 egg yolk and cram it into ur skin and let it stay on for 10 min then wash off

Yolk kills microbes, oils your scalp, and even conditions ur hair strands.

Speaking from experience. I also did regular no schampoo for 2 months and it fucked my hair and worsened my chronic dandruff. So go no schampoo with eggs
