DNA tests can be really inaccurate when it comes to sub-Saharan African ancestry, don't take it literally
Their database for that region isn't very large compared to Europe/Asia. And little updates can lead to widely different results. This girl went from "46% Nigerian" to "6% Nigerian" after they updated their database when she re-tested :


If you do take a test though, take African Ancestry DNA, they have the largest database for sub-Saharan Africa.

Also the fact that they are using countries for SSA itself doesn't make sense. "Ghanaian" ancestry doesn't exist. Ga people are very different from Mamprusi people. Tons of ethnic groups cross between Ghana and its neighbors because those are colonial borders that completely disregard ethnicity or cultures.

What they mean by "Ghanaian" is Southern Ghanaian Akan. That's why Jamaicans often get a lot of "Ghanaian", most of their ancestors were Akan people, this is even seen in the Twi words used in patois, and it's even more pronounced with Kromanti Creole. Just like "Nigerian ancestry" really just mean South Western and South Eastern Nigerian. No such thing as "Nigerian" ancestry, that country is too diverse and was created by some British politicians a century ago after joining two protectorates.
