You need double mirrors obviously. Then you use a water spray bottle and comb to drag it up and cut the tips off at the top. Or you can vary it by using your hands and drag it out between your fingers and make it roughly even. Takes finesse and patience, other ways just pay the $20 down at the salon.

It's art probably. Nothing you can do well just by watching a tutorial.
