If you want kids then the mom can usually only work part time because she has to take care of the kids too. There’s also not many good part time jobs out there. So if you want kids should you care about how much money your partner makes or what their current career is? Or would you prefer for them to be a stay at home mom and in that case it doesn’t matter if they’re broke.
