What exercises did you do?

Whats your sets and reps and rest?
Narrow underhand grip lat pulldown,cable rows,reverse flys and thats pretty much it,if u have a lat pullover machine at ur gym do that.also train 5 to 6 reps per set 2 sets to failure max.

I hit back three times a week from using my autistic anterior posterior split, wide grip pull downs are probably my favorite lift. Make sure you use straps to not over fatigue your forearms and leave gains on the table for your back I do to 4-6 reps with 1 RIR for all lifts

Do a frontal plane pull for lower lats ex keenan flap wide grip pull up or lat pulldown

Saggital plane pull upper and mid lat ex close grip row jpg pulldown

Kelso for traps u could do a row but a kelso is just better snd superior

Reverse fly for rear delt

Narrow grip and pullover are the same exercise and if u mean close grip cable rows than its also the same and 1 set is enough 3-7reps 0-2 RIR

Lat pull downs number 1, or pull ups if a gym is inaccessible
Don’t do bullshit Mike jewsraetel excercises, stick with basic movements which you feel natural doing

Rock climbing has made my back blow up more than gym also
