No, using 2 moisturizers is completely fine, it won't mess with your skin.

Use your expensive korean moisturizer at night so the shit just sits there and you don't have to worry about it rubbing off and the expensive moisturizer just sits there.

Whenever you apply the cheap moisturizer do it in the morning or whenever you're going somewhere, just make sure you're using your korean moisturizer at night and you're chilling
