I regularly get full body x rays due to my spinal surgery that I had almost 2 years ago. It made me grow 6 inches. From 5’6 to 6ft last time I checked they were still somewhat open
Your spinal surgery made you grow 6 inches?! Did you have a severe case of scoliosis and/or lordosis/kyphosis?
Are you talking about your long bone growth plates though? estrogen and igf1 do tend to less of an effect on the spine since its a particularly complicated process. If your long bone growth plates are indeed open then you should in theory at least grow some more if you body has the incentive to grow, which it may with mk677 increasing IGF1 but we can only be sure with a blood profile, either way you have nothing to lose
Yeah I had very severe scoliosis, spine was curved 106 degrees to the right

my orthopedist said i could grow an inch or 2 but that i would need to have a great diet and sleep well
alr yeah you prolly got a couple inches in you if your tibia is still open
she said i would probably become 6'2 as my final height if everything goes well with my recovery and that I stay active and sleep well
