Using concealer to improve ethnic eye area?

This is what I'm talking about, most ethnics I see have this tbh.

It makes them look so tired and restless all the time, including me tbh.

Has anyone tried using concealer to improve their eye areas?

I'm more so looking to decrease the "haven't slept in years" look that the dark eye bags give.

I just typed up indian eye bags into Google to try to get a good example jfl, so it's probably curry

that looks like severe hyperpigmentation rather than actual recession, concealer will help also microneedling or something to actually get rid of the pigmentation is a better route
