Using Erdafitinib

I'm thinking about using Erdafitinib 3mg EOD, at that dose eye problems have a very low chance of occurring and since the half life of Erdafitinib is 59 hours, it should still be blunting FGFR3 a lot even if taken EOD. I'm doing EOD because Erdafitinib is pricey so I want to extend it for as long as possible. Let me know if this is worth it or not.
