You have recruiters calling you everyday about promising opportunities when you first start applying for jobs and then it just tapers off after a week and 90% of your previous contacts ghost you

qualified people don't need linkedin
you just go there and show you're competent

And get escorted out of the building by security unless it’s a job at a walmart
you apply for the position first you dumbass. no wonder you aren't getting hired

LinkedIn is only good for getting hiring managers direct email address. Do not apply for jobs through the website like 100s of other people and your resume never being seen by a actual human. You should search for whoever posted that job, get their direct email and you're much more likely to get a response

Just put keywords in your resume and you're good. JFL at direct mailing a hiring manager. Easiest way to get blacklisted from a company.

Sounds legit

I’m sick of these deadend calls from external recruiters that are just trying to meet their daily cold call quota

It's because you're a low value employee. I had multiple recruiters fighting over me.

No one is getting blacklisted from a company for emailing about a open job dumbass. I've gotten interviews using this way. Keywords in resume is legit too
