Even I am guilty of this in high school I was known for being foul mouthed, abusive and vulgar. Always vicious with my insults. striking then right where it hurts and their insecurities. I had 0 control when I got angry. It might seem cool at first with the other kids encouraging you calling you savage for insulting and humiliating another person but in adult world it honestly comes off as cheap and low class.

I learnt this much later in life but you will make enemies very quickly if you are harsh and don't have filter over your speech, since then I've slowly learnt to control my impulses and learnt to put my point across without sounding rude and aggressive. You must be able to argue effectively and not seem like pushover while still maintaining your dignity and class, cross it sometimes when the person doesn't deserve any. It is a skill that you every man over the age of 20 needs to learn and master imo. I still lose control and start turning to my old ways when I get really angry but that is much rarer these days.

Kids are the cruelest and it's sad how society supports this, forcing the idea that being kind is cringe.
I'm glad that majority of people grow out of this and start to treat people more kindly.
I was bullied in middle school myself, when I moved from Ukraine to Germany and didn't know the language. It has been over 5 years and many of those people have reached out to me and apologized.

There are no negatives in everyone being more kind.

True irl I don't really insult people or talk in a vulgar language because of where I grew up and the people I talk to but sometimes when you talk with certain people you need to talk a bit more aggressive and insulting or otherwise you will sound like a bitch.

This. I agree with this, even if the person is obviously in the wrong, you shouldn't try to escalate the situation and try to keep everything calm. It surprisingly also makes the other person mad (sometimes when I don't end up cursing them out)
