My hair regrowth plan -
Astaxanthin oil based high bioavailability astazine tm 4 mg -- 2 tabs a day
Indian gooseberry cold pressed extract daily 20 ml
Extra virgin Olive oil
Nanocurcumin -+- piperine
660+850 nm red light daily
I stopped using minoxidil --
1)it was causing water retention +gyno and messing with my hormones and erection
2)I almost stopped getting morning wood during that period
3)also the results weren't that good
My future plan -- i just need to keep my current follicles active till 2 years after that im gonna get a job and do hair transplant
