Using (not buying) crypto under 18

I already have a considerable amount of crypto under a parents name under 18 and im just curious whether or not if using it gets traced in any way and if they can see, or if they’ll get skinned by the IRS if I buy things with the crypto

yeah tbh most ppl here just say "ur underage" and leave it at that. but the actual risk is more about account seizure or tax implications later down the line if u accumulate anything significant. it's not like a criminal offense, just a regulatory headache.
