Using ritalin first time before a date good idea?

Sounds too good to be true tbh, doubt it the TTFD thing. Have you tried it? Does it really have as good effects for studying as Ritalin?

Never took 10, only 18 and 36mg. Both 18 and 36 have a 4 hour duration and then i have a shit comedown and feel tired.

Its addictive, please stay away as much as you can from doing exciting things on Ritalin, this is super important, don't listen to music on it, it will somewhat ruin normal music after like it did for me

I'm on 150mg TTFD rn. No it's not as good as ritalin, nowhere close. But it's powerful especially with caffeine and bromantane.

I find it helps with procrastination and "taking voluntary action" like they found in the rat studies.

Ritalin is in a whole other world. Especially if you don't have any tolerance. TTFD has no effect on norepinephrine and so there's no stimmy feeling to it.

Never tried that.

From experience TTFD feels way more dopaminergic than other forms of B1.. I'll go into the reasons why if I make a thread when I find supporting research.

It works by irreversibly inhibiting monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) which is the enzyme that metabolizes dopamine. In other words, it destroys the enzyme that destroys dopamine

Of course, dopamine still gets metabolized, but slower and using different — better — enzymes

See, the issue with dopamine is that it's primarily metabolized by MAO-B. The resulting metabolites are significantly neurotoxic, as they are reactive oxygen species (ROS)

When MAO-B is inhibited, dopamine is metabolized using enzymes like diamine oxidase, which results in non-neurotoxic metabolites

I have weak af tolerance actually, even 15mg amphetamine makes me productive af, while 36mg ritalin makes me want to read stuff here and listen to music

I study better now off of methylphen than I did 1-2 years on 54mg + 10mg... That's why I believe chronic treatment really changes your brain.

If your prescribed it, keep taking it and trying to study until a permanent effect kicks in. Took me a long time to be able to study better... probably the best part of 2.5 years

Yeah, i got this from at least the amphetamines too, its like the following days i could legit study much better then i did before trying amphetamine. Idk why this paradox is here, but i believe its because they teach you how to study, so it becomes more like a habit

In my experience they instilled in me a "fear of LDARing". Like LDARing is worse than death. So based on that, I'm more fearful of not doing something I should be doing rather than doing what I have to do.

Yeah take the pill, ritalin is very good for that. But idk if this is ethical of me to say, i really would not for you to become addicted cause of me, but basically you should take like 30mg for a date, lmao you will not be zombified at all, you will feel like a gigachad. But be warned if you do this, then you should take no ritalin at least for 7 days after
