did it today, got an increase of around 1-1.5 inches in height. Very good for strict parentcels or brokecels who can’t get lifts.

Fold 2-3 socks into a square like shape and place them at the heel.

To prevent them from compressing under your weight, use a few rubber bands to hold them in place.

does cause some ankle strain but if you are fit it should be alright. I was fine after 8 hours of walking around with them.

If you wear deep enough shoes you can get 2 inches of height with more socks. I only used 2 because my ankle started slipping out the shoe at 3, so I only got 1-1.5 inches of height.

been on that, i could fraud to 6”2 if i wear big shoes

Get a few socks, roll them into a square like shape and put a rubber band around them to prevent them from loosing shape. Theyll still compress a fair bit just slightly less than before. Put it directly under your heel to for max height gain.

I wear it to school everyday without much of a problem. But you’ll need pants that go past your ankles because your foot is visibly partly outside your shoe which may look off.

order them to a friend's house or something bro, you cant keep living like this if ur parents are this strict over a harmless package. even my parents who are borderline asian wouldnt gaf it would at most be slightly embarassing and they would probably think differently of me but its not like they would get mad.
