Using tadalafil to offset stimulant-induced vasoconstriction

I use caffine and nicotine regularly with no drive to stop, Ive looked into tadalafil to offset some/ most of the vasoconstriction, Im curious if anyone has tried it, I did some of my own research with chat gpt but its not telling me much and pretty much just advising agaisnt it (like most things I ask) let me know thanks
