using this face cleanser my mom got every night will update

my skin definitely feels smooth and probably placebo but looks cleaner already but goal is to get rid of acne around my face, its just tiny annoyance and this one patch thats a bit dark of tiny bumps on the left side of my face and some acne on my forehead
