For determining prenaternal T levels, 2D:4D ratio is quite accurate. However the ratio of estrogen to testosterone is more important then just having lots of prenaternal T. Apart from this all of the other studies were correlational, not causational. They state that purberty and genetics is more important for determining overall masculinisation.

Genetics, enviroment, nutrition and puberty is more important the prenaternal T levels. Provided your hormonal profile wasn't completely cucked in the womb, you should be ok. Lets think of it this way. If your mother was eating like shit in the womb, she is going to be feeding you the same shit throughout your youth.
