not using sunscreen will 100% make your pie worse

when i first started using tret at 13 no one told me how important it was to use spf. i used to walk outside and my skin would feel like it was burning

it took years for the hyperpigmentation caused by that to fade

I was not using spf because last summer i tanned a lot and it made all my acne scars disappear
But ill use spf from now on

use a mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide. the chemical sunscreens are horrible for people with sensitive skin
